Though both hailing from Aotearoa, New Zealand, Ben and Liam Murray have been making eclectic and unique dance and house music cohesively together for six years across borders, stemming from their wide variety of training in classical, jazz, hip-hop and even bagpipe music.

Recent times have seen the pair unveil a string of material via the likes of Eton Messy, Sengiley Records and GLBDOM, adding to their already extensive list of releases with Slothboogie, Café del Mar, Dansu Discs, Bolting Bits, Of Leisure and more.  2022 saw 2XM release their debut album ‘Love Unbound’, an ode to the global dance community and shared expression and experience.  Despite pushing the boundaries of convention and dipping their toes into a multitude of genres, 2XM have set themselves firmly in the scene, and continue to look to the future with excitement.
